SMFD Invites You to Ember Stomp 2025!

Southern Marin Fire District is proud to participate in Ember Stomp 2025, Marin County’s annual wildfire prevention festival, happening on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Marin Civic Center Fairgrounds.

This FREE, family-friendly event brings together residents, firefighters, safety experts, and community partners to help us all better prepare for wildfire.

Practice makes prepared! This year’s Ember Stomp features a voluntary self-evacuation drill—a unique opportunity to experience what it’s like to evacuate during a wildfire.
