Measure U Senior Exemption Application Update

Southern Marin Fire District would like to inform residents that the Measure U Senior Exemption application/form is currently delayed due to impacts from the U.S. Government shutdown affecting the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The District anticipates the application/form will be approximately available by the end of May 2026.

Please be assured that the exemption remains in place for qualified residents.

Residents who would like to be notified when the application/form becomes available are encouraged to email ap@smfd.org to be added to the notification list.
